Programa de Acompa\u00f1amiento<\/h1>

(Desarrollamos procesos grupales de acompa\u00f1amiento emocional para personas que acompa\u00f1an y personas interesadas en vincular su crecimiento personal con su compromiso de transformaci\u00f3n social. Personas adultas dispuestas a revisarse y moverse emocionalmente de lugares simb\u00f3licos y cotidianos que les han hecho da\u00f1o, a lugares m\u00e1s sanos y de bienestar.<\/p>

Working with diverse individuals and peoples, mostly women and people of the community +LGTBIQ+, men with willingness to be transformed. We implement the methodology of Therapy of a Reunion and methodologies transpersonal related.<\/p>

Todos los procesos que impulsamos, se desarrollan de manera continua, es decir que se reproducen a\u00f1o con a\u00f1o y se enriquecen con cada nueva experiencia. Las terapeutas y coterapeutas que acompa\u00f1an los diversos procesos grupales para sanar, forman parte de la Escuela de Acompa\u00f1antes, espacio construido colectivamente desde donde se toman decisiones sobre los nuevos procesos y se eval\u00faan los aprendizajes obtenidos. We develop feminist diploma programs aimed at individuals interested in their comprehensive and complex training, starting from the integration of bodily awareness for healing, from the perspective of bodies, eroticisms, and sexualities, to the decolonization of subjectivities and the internalized racisms in Ladino, Ladinoized, or mestizo bodies. As well as trauma-sensitive training processes to accompany those who provide support.

The diplomas are certified by Centro Q\u2019anil because we can ensure that having gone through any of these experiential-formative experiences allows for a deep interrogation of places within subjectivity, sexuality linked to personal and collective transformation, and awareness about mourning over internalized patriarchal and racist patterns.<\/p>

Los diplomados y cursos que impartimos rompen con el esquema tradicional de la academia e integran la parte vivencial con la parte conceptual, lo que da sentido a las b\u00fasquedas de la mayor parte de participantes que se vinculan a Q\u2019anil. Al final de cada diplomado, se presentan trabajos finales integradores de la experiencia vvida.<\/p>

All the processes we drive are developed continuously, meaning they are reproduced and enriched year after year, which implies permanent logistical, methodological, and pedagogical organization through our Training program. All processes are evaluated with each new generation to obtain learnings from each situated experience. This is the knowledge and experience that is certified, verifying that the journey has involved a true process of personal and collective transformation.<\/p>

We work especially with supporters, therapists, educators, civil society organizations, social activists, educational institutions, professionals, artists, feminists, individuals of all diversities, and peoples. Para nosotras, la gesti\u00f3n de procesos de comunicaci\u00f3n interna y externa es parte medular del trabajo que cada una realiza y que realizamos como colectivo, cotidianamente. Adem\u00e1s, contamos con un programa gestionado por un equipo de tres comunicadoras, que alimentan, nutren, ordenan y enriquecen los procesos de gesti\u00f3n general, orientados a la construcci\u00f3n de comunidades de convivencia e inter-aprendizaje.<\/p>

    Centro Q\u2019anil tiene su propia visi\u00f3n politica de lo que significa la gesti\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y financiera en general. Se trata de una visi\u00f3n que se va construyendo de forma participativa. Contamos con un sistema administrativo-contable que ha ido creando los mecanismos que nos permiten crecer a trav\u00e9s de un sistema innovador que posibilita, por un lado, a) Ingresos derivados de los procesos que impulsamos b) Gesti\u00f3n de\u00a0 b\u00fasqueda de recursos de donaci\u00f3n y\/o apoyo, externo que nos permitan ir generando niveles de sostenibilidad.<\/p>

    En la actualidad nos encontramos definiendo mejor los mecanismos financieros para fortalecer la gesti\u00f3n, sostenimiento y permanencia tanto del equipo, como de maestras y terapeutas que sostienen los procesos formativos y acompa\u00f1amientos. Creemos profundamenta en la autosostenibilidad como una posibilidad de crecimiento sostenido a nivel de toda la organizaci\u00f3n<\/p>

    que somos.     La figura de coordinaci\u00f3n surge en los primeros a\u00f1os de nacimiento y conformaci\u00f3n de Centro Q\u2019anil. En la medida en que hemos ido madurando como equipo e integrando nuestra actividad en colectivo la coordinaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n ha ido transform\u00e1ndose. El rol de la coordinaci\u00f3n requiere de la escucha activa para comprender y dimensionar adecuadamente lo que significa la construcci\u00f3n colectiva, de tal manera que pueda aportar hacia rutas que permitan la constante b\u00fasqueda del equilibrio y la visi\u00f3n de complejidad, tanto dentro del equipo como hacia los procesos que impulsamos y las alianzas que establecemos.

    En la actualidad la coordinaci\u00f3n es un canal para establecer y\/o fortalecer vinculos con organizaciones, instituciones y\/o personas con quienes hacer intercambios, alianzas, coordinaciones o simplemente contacto para compartir lo que hacemos. Durante el 2024 hemos empezado a transitar hacia la constituci\u00f3n de una coordinaci\u00f3n colectiva que esperamos\u00a0 surja de manera fluida como resultado de la madurez de nuestro trabajo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
