ADMINISTRATIVE FINANCIAL PROGRAM

Q’anil has its own political vision of what economic and financial management in general means. It is a vision that has been constructed in a participatory manner. We have created an innovative administrative-accounting system that allows us to grow through, on the one hand, income derived from the processes we offer, and on the other hand, external support through donations and/or consulting so as to build sustainability.

We have learned over time how to ensure the orderly use of organizational resources, being up to date with legal, financial and tax regulations, as well as being prepared to meet the requirements of collaborators with whom we agree to work. This administrative-accounting system allows for the transparent organization of accounts – both for the team’s internal knowledge and for external consultations. We are currently defining the financial mechanisms that strengthen the management, sustainability and permanence over time for the current team, as well as the teachers and therapists who support the organizational space and the processes that we carry out.
