COMMUNICATION PROGRAM

 

 

Q’anil understands communication as a key dimension of our holistic management processes. It is not a department, an area or an instrument dedicated to marketing, advocacy or impact. Rather, the management of internal and external communication processes is a core part of the work that each one of us carries out on a daily basis. In addition, we have a program managed by a team of three popular, alternative and community communicators, who feed, nourish, shape and enrich the general management processes, oriented towards the construction of communities of coexistence and integral learning, based on the concepts Buen Vivir and Good Treatment that foster constructive dialogue and direct but loving communication. We are interested in the development of new forms of communication which enable us to listen, to take consciousness of and transform what we feel, think and act, in order to develop other forms of relating to one another.

At this stage, our efforts are oriented towards developing the following priority lines of action:

• Political-methodological support for the improvement of internal communication processes using participatory approaches for a more integrated management.
• Management, administration and maintenance of the website.
• Campaigns and publications oriented towards the principles of Buen Vivir, Good Treatment.
• Coordination and logistics of actions with and for the community.
• Positioning of healing as a political act, showing the diversity of feminisms and contributing to the generation of feminist historical memory, through the management of communication processes in social networks.
• Promotion of an editorial line (monthly bulletin; various systematizations, essays and research are underway)
• We provide accompaniment to organizations to heal teamwork practices and implement integrated management systems from participation and alternative and community communication.
